Large Puzzles: Plant Carving 03 (disc)

Molded puzzle shapes with embossed plant and animal based designs. The pieces range between 15-50mm (3/5-2 inches) and 6mm (1/4 inch) thick. They are low fired ceramic so need to be sealed to be weather resistant. To seal mix 1 part pVa glue with 2 parts water. Immerse the tiles for 5 minutes and then dry on a plastic sheet (garbage bag). This seals the pores and makes them more strong and frost proof. You can cut the pieces with a normal tile cutter or wheeled nipper
